This course will give participants knowledge of Microsoft Outlook's more advanced features as well as tips, tricks, rules & principles to follow to manage Microsoft Outlook’s mailboxes, calendars & contacts more efficiently.
This course covers tasks within Outlook to improve user’s time management, defining of tasks more accurately and process incoming information more efficiently to enhance office productivity.
Courses are conducted on Outlook 365, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016 and Outlook 2013. Outlook 2010 is also available upon request. Just choose the version when booking.

Audience:
This course is designed for people who are current users of Outlook who wish to improve their use of Outlook. It is recommended for Personal Assistants who need to manage the data of other Outlook users.

Live online sessions are instructor-led in a virtual environment, providing hands-on instruction and practical activities for participants.
