What are the course times?
Our normal public course times are 9:00 am – 4:30 pm for full day courses.
For Closed Courses (Private Sessions) and Onsite courses, times may vary depending on client schedules.
For half day courses or other lengths, see you confirmation email or contact us on 3210 0002.
How early do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the course start time in order to register. It is important that you sign the register each morning as part of our OHS evacuation procedures. Our office opens from 8:30 am, but we usually have staff onsite from 8:15 am if you arrive a little earlier.
Do we get breaks during the day?
Yes. For a full day course there will be two fifteen minute breaks during the day (morning and afternoon tea) as well as one hour for lunch in line with our normal staff work hours. Lunch is usually between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm if you need to plan for activities in the break. Lunch is your time. There are several local venues where participants can purchase lunch.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes there are public car parks nearby offering early bird parking. If you are driving to the city, we recommend visiting Secure Parking online and booking a car park at 10 Eagle Street ($23 per day).
What should I wear to the training?
The training is smart casual, but make sure you wear something that is comfortable to sit in and also to move about in.
Are pen/paper writing materials provided or should I bring them?
We provide pens, highlighters and course materials appropriate for the course.
What do I bring to the training?
USB if you want to take away completed activities.
Remember to bring your course manual back on day 2

Do I need to bring a computer or laptop for the training?
We provide any computers needed for training.
Will I have access to the internet to review emails from work?
You are welcome to use the computers in the classroom to check email and look things up online during your breaks or lunch.
What if I am late for training?
Call us on 3210 0002 if you are going to be late so we can inform the course leader.
What if I can’t make training?
We do have cancellation and transfer policies which are listed on the Reservation Card and invoice. Please click here to view the full terms and conditions.
Can I use my course to get a qualification?
Many of our courses do have assessments that you can complete towards a qualification. Call us on 3210 0002 for more information or click here for information on qualifications.
