Unless prior arrangements have been made, CTS Training requires payment prior to the start of the course. Registrations made on account require a Company Purchase Order No to be supplied for inclusion on the invoice. Please refer to the terms at the bottom of the CTS Training invoice for further details,
Self-funding participants are required to pay by cash or credit card prior to the course.
Cancellations and Transfers
If you wish to cancel or transfer your enrollment, CTSA must receive at least ten (10) working days notice to enable allocation of your place to another participant, otherwise the full course fee is payable. Substitutions, however, can be made at any time.
